What is OpenClaw?
OpenClaw is the open-source AI agent framework we install and configure. It runs on your infrastructure, can stay online 24/7, and can connect to tools such as email, calendars, Slack, and internal workflows.
Do I need special hardware?
Usually just a dedicated machine: a Mac Mini, a spare desktop, or a small VPS. Most businesses already have something that works. And some setups do not need dedicated hardware at all.
Do you have access to my data after setup?
No. Once we've deployed and handed over, everything runs on your infrastructure. We only access your system during setup and with your explicit permission during managed support.
How long does setup take?
Remote: 2 to 4 hours over screen share. In person: a full day at your office in Manchester. Both include training and handover.
What if I don't like it?
If the agent is not doing what we agreed it should do, we work with you during the initial support period to fix the gap quickly.
Do you only work in Manchester?
In person setup is currently Manchester focused. Remote setup is available across the UK.
Can I add more integrations later?
Yes. Managed plan customers can add integrations as part of their monthly support. One-off integration additions can also be scoped separately.
